I am extremely happy with their service. Mom has dementia and walking problem and they had been able to establish cognitive therapy for her regularly. she has been doing well with it. they also helped me with so many things that I wouldn't have been able to establish on my own in a timely manner. I like their entire team as they do truly work as a team so that the things at hand are taken care of quickly and in a better way. I have to say special thanks my care manager Haneef who had taken utmost care of my mom with patience and always with a smile and pleasant voice when he talks to her and without him, I wouldn't have been able to do what I established for my mom today. She is a hoarder and kept the house a big mess and unable to take care of herself. with his help, I was able to get the right people to get all the stuff taken care of in a short period of time. Its truly unbelievable to get things done so quickly with the right people in India if you think about it. Anvayaa's team also helped me with getting a good care taker for my mom. so far I am very happy with everything they have done. The biggest thing I really appreciate about this entire team is that they are all very responsive to my questions and concerns as well are very quick in taking care of them. I would refer them to anyone in need in Hyderabad twin cities area any day.

I want to share my experience so far with Anvayaa. I signed on for the 6 month dementia care program for my parent, after a good introductory call with Prashanth who explained in detail about the different service aspects. After I signed on, the on-boarding team headed by Harsh was very professional and prompt and assigned a Sr Care Specialist Haneef to my case. Haneef has had 3 home visits so far and he has gone out of his way to get to know my father and make him comfortable. He has been patient and is friendly. I hope he will continue to pay due diligence to develop the relationship. The team has been supportive. They arranged a psychologist home visit with a good experienced psychologist. So far, my experience with Anvayaa has been very good. I will update this review in due course.

Much needed service for elderly, especially ones with co-morbidities like dementia. Haneef Mohammed has been to great to work with and very patient and caring with 90 year old with cognitive decline and little to look forward to in life.

@Haneef - Our Care manager, has been great -Is dedicated and honest professional, he has been proactive with his visits, helping us setting up the doctors appointments, without him looking after our mother in law could have been very difficult process, Haneef has given his best by accepting even our minor requests which added a great value making a difficult process smoother and easy, glad to have him as our care manager and we respect his never give up attitude in challenging tasks handling the patients. We have been using the Dementia care plan of Anvaya for the last one year for my father in law who lives in Kolkata and who has very limited support system in the city as all his children are living abroad or in different cities making it very difficult for the parents to manage, specially with a life changing condition like Dementia. The team at Anvaya is absolutely brilliant and has been a solid support to our parents whether its getting appointment with doctors, arranging urgent repair help at home apart from the excellent Dementia care professionals who diligently do an assessment every month and recommend the necessary follow up actions. I am very happy with Anvayaa. They were very flexible with my requirement. We choose the dementia care plan and was initially offered a male care manager and based on my request changed to a female manager. I got a very patient manager (Tanvi) who really takes great care of my mother, from taking my mother to walks, playing badminton with her and helping her solve puzzles and playing memory games.. I must say my heart is at peace after working with Anvaaya.. they are passionate on what they are doing which makes the difference.. I hope to keep a long relationship with them. They are very quick when it comes to communication. They are proactive, very detail oriented and on point. Their psychology partners are also very experienced and highly rated. Overall very very happy with them.

The care specialist has consistently been punctual, courteous, and exceptionally patient. From the beginning, it was clear that my mother's well-being was their top priority. The care specialist's punctuality not only demonstrated their professionalism but also helped in establishing a sense of reliability, which was much appreciated. Moreover, the care specialist's courtesy and patience made a world of difference in my mother's comfort. They always took the time to listen, understand, and provide the support and guidance my mother needed. What was quite important for us not being the country was the feedback loop was always open. The overall experience with Anvayaa has been remarkable, not only of the care specialist but all the staff that were involved.
